We will contact you by phone to let you know when your order is ready for collection and arrange a suitable half hour window for you on pick up days, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

You can also pick up during your natural medicine appointment if booked in for an appointment and personalised mini-instruction session.

Your order will be available from Well Being Dublin Clontarf, when you selected when you placed your order and chosen your pre-arranged time for collection or for your in-clinic session.

If you have purchased an item which comes with instruction, please let |Anne know when booking in so that she can plan out your session including your personally tailored instruction.

When you arrive at the clinic in Clontarf, which is based in Anne’s home, your clearly labelled package will be available from a basked in the unlocked porch.

Someone else can collect your order if that is more convenient for you.

We will hold orders for 14 days. After this time, without notification, a non-perishable order will be returned to storage and a refund will be processed.  Please allow 5-7 days for your card to be refunded, depending on your card provider. If you would like us to hold it for you for up to one month, please just get in contact and we can arrange to keep it aside for you.

A personalised bottle of herbal medicine will be held for 14 days and disposed of after this point without notification.

Please get in contact if unforeseen circumstances mean that you cannot collect within the 2 weeks and we can arrange to keep it aside for you. (herbal medicine keeps for one to two years without storage so no need to be concerned that it will lose its active properties if you are delayed in collection)
