My home practice is based at 19 Kincora park, is 2 minutes off the main Clontarf road, just off Oulton Road on the right hand side cul-de-sac. Oulton road is the first turn left after Castle avenue and The Baths restaurant towards the direction of Howth. It is approximately 4 minutes from The Clontarf Castle and 2 minutes from Vernon Avenue, a central hub of shopping and dining in Clontarf. Public Transport & Parking Information

Bus

The 130 bus from lower Abbey street services the Clontarf road and the journey from the City Centre to Clontarf is approximately 25 minutes outside of rush hour. The appropriate stop for my home practice is the Oulton road bus stop. It is 2 minutes walk from Well Being Dublin.

Five buses serve the nearby hub of Killester, approximately 20minutes walk away.

The 29a from Lwr Abbey St. To Baldoyle (Coast road), the 31/a from Talbot Street to Howth Summit. The 31b from Talbot Street to Howth Summit. The 32 from Talbot Street to Malahide aand the 43 from Talbot Street to Swords Business Park.

DART

The nearest Dart station is Clontarf Station or Killester Station (both approximately a 25/20 minute walk away from Well Being Dublin).

Parking

There is spacious, secure and free parking in the driveway of Well Being Dublin at 19 Kincora park.
