*A standard dose of a herbal formula would be 5mls x 3 times a day which would constitute a 7 day, 14 day and 21 day costing.

Please note, a clients dose would be dependent on factors such as the age and status of the patient’s condition.

If the condition is acute, such as with a sudden onset seasonal cold or urinary tract infection, larger dosage may be needed for a short period of time e.g., chest infection, urinary tract infection or flare of a remitting condition.

In these cases, depending on issues such as severity, it’s possible that the herb dosage recommended may be 5 times per day until signs and symptoms have resolved in an expected quicker time frame typical of these issues in line with traditional herbal medicine teachings and practice).

Frequently Asked Questions

What Well Being Dublin Therapies are covered by my Insurance?

T.C.M & Acupuncture :

Anne’s Traditional Chinese Medicine (T.C.M) acupuncture services are approved and in-part reimbursable with healthcare insurance providers, whose plans offer cover for acupuncture, such as LAYA HEALTHCARE, VHI HEALTH, GIO HEALTH and IRISH LIFE HEALTH.

Herbal Medicine / Naturopathy

Herbal Medicine and naturopathy are unfortunately not covered by Irish insurance at this present time.

What is the W.B.D Cancellation and No Show Policies?

The Well Being Dublin policies enables us to better utilise available appointments for our patients in need of treatment.

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments and there are emergencies.

In order to be respectful of the health of our other patients, please kindly text or call the clinic at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time, if you are unable to attend so that someone else that urgently needs a treatment can be seen at that time.

In the event of a last-minute cancellation, please call, email, or text us to let us know you need to reschedule.

The first time a cancellation is made within the 24hr period prior to the time of the booked appointment, the client will be given the opportunity to re-book (with no financial penalty applied)

Any subsequent cancellations by/for the same client that occur within the 24hr period may result in a cancelled booking fee (which will be 25% % of the booking which had been made and subsequently cancelled).

A cancellation 2 hours prior to the start of your appointment time will incur a cancelled booking fee (which will be 50% of the booking which had been made).

This fee can be paid upon cancellation or upon next client visit.

In the event of a 3rd cancellation within 2 hours of an appointment, the clinic will require a credit-card to hold the next appointment and the credit card will be charged a full price “no show fee”.

Cancelled appointments at this point would result in a charge equal to 100% of the price of the service booked.

Anne does her best to accommodate all patients at the time they request, but availability is not always there, so not cancelling an appointment without letting Anne know would let another patient down who needs their treatment.

Thank you and your understanding is much appreciated.

What method of payment does Well Being Dublin take?

The Well Being Dublin clinic accepts Cash, Cheque, Mastercard, Visa and bank transfer. Full payment is due at the time of service or product purchase and client custom is much appreciated.

How do I get my receipts for Well Being Dublin service or goods?
