We hope you will be happy with any items you’ve ordered, but if you’re not entirely satisfied, you’ll find details of our returns policy below.

Unwanted Goods

Legally customers do not have the right to return items bought from shops unless they’re faulty.

However, like many good businesses, Well being Dublin in-clinic shop, has a customer-friendly policy around returns and offers full refunds for its non-consumable products.

Items must be returned in the condition you received them, which includes keeping packaging and any hygiene seals in place. You will only lose your right to return an item if you unseal a product that needs to be sealed for health or hygiene reasons or the goods returned are used and damaged in any way.

Clients have 30 calendar days from the date you received or collected your complete order to notify Anne of items you are not completely happy with and Anne must receive any item you return to us within 30 calendar days of your notification to us of your intention to return the items.

Due to the quick processing of the herbal medicine tincture formulas and their personalised nature, unfortunately it may not be possible to cancel your order for the individualised mix of liquid herbs, once an order is placed and tincture created.

However, Anne will always endeavour to honour a herbal medicine order cancellation, if at all possible once the individualised mix of herbs hasn’t been prepared.

Simply text Anne if it’s necessary to cancel on as soon as possible and to check in if the tincture has been prepared. If not, she will happily refund you.

A personalised bottle of herbal medicine will be held for 14 days and disposed of after this point after one notification of reminder by both text and email sent which has had no response in the two week timeframe.

Please get in contact if unforeseen circumstances mean that you cannot collect within the 2 weeks and we can of course arrange to keep it aside for you for another two weeks for collection by yourself or a designated party.

Herbal medicine keeps for one to two years without storage so no need to be concerned that it will lose its active properties if you are delayed in collection.

We do not refund postage as the Well Being Dublin shop is exclusively a click and collect or in-clinic service which does not post out products or herbal medicine.

Faulty Goods

If something you buy is faulty, you are of course entitled to a replacement where the product is still available or a full refund if that is your preference and the product is no longer available.

Please contact the clinic by phone or email to arrange to return the item to the clinic as soon as you notice the fault, explain to them what the problem is and tell them what you would like, i.e. replacement or refund.

Anne would need to have a quick chat with you on the rare occasion a herbal medicine tincture needed to be replaced

This is in order is to check whether there were no miscommunications/ misunderstandings about how the formula was to be taken (times/ dosage/ frequency/ with food/ on an empty stomach etc).

It is also to prioritise client safety and care and to improve the follow on service, by ascertaining why the formula may not have suited and to be able to tweak or reformulate the follow up tincture or create something more suitable, if necessary and requested.

You and you have up to 30 calendar days from receipt to claim a refund on faulty goods or products.

In some cases Anne may offer to replace the item free of charge if that is your preference and the product is available: if the first replacement item we supply also turns out to be faulty, then you can claim a full refund at this point.

This does not apply to items that have failed due to expected product wear and tear end of life.

If you believe any of the items you have ordered to be damaged or faulty, please contact Anne and we will advise you how to return the items at a prearranged date and time from the clinic during clinic opening hours.

Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned items.

Refunds are credited to the original card you paid with and will take 5-7 working days to be credited to your account, depending on your card provider

Goods paid for with cash will be refunded in cash. Please contact Anne to pre-arrange your drop off date and time.  Replacements or cash refunds are available within open clinic working days/ times.

That is on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 10.00 – 3.00 except on vacation or national holidays.

Online Purchases – Refunds and Returns

If your product or herbs were bought online, over the phone or by mail order then the individuals will have 14 days after they receive the order to inform Anne that they are returning it and can get a full refund – and if they choose to do this, they then have a further 14 days after notifying the seller to actually return the item.

So even if there’s nothing wrong with the item and you just want to get something else, the product can be returned, provided it is within these timeframes.

Items must be returned in the condition you received them, which includes keeping packaging and any hygiene seals in place. You will only lose your right to return an item if you unseal a product that needs to be sealed for health or hygiene reasons or the goods returned are used and damaged in any way.

Clients cannot return including perishables and personalised items such as herbal teas/ herbal medicine tinctures solely on the grounds that they are no longer wanted.

Returns and Refunds on Sale Goods

If you bought something at full price and it turns out to be faulty, you are entitled to the full amount you paid, even if it’s on sale when you return it.

If you simply change your mind about non-perishable items purchased at sale price and want to return it to a shop, you don’t have consumer rights, however Anne is willing to refund you the sale price as we value our clients and the best quality oof customer service. Please see Unwanted goods section above for further details.

Proof of purchase necessary

Receipts are an easy way to prove you bought something at Well Being Dublin if it had been requested from in-clinic at Well Being Dublin. However, a receipt is not the only way to prove proof of purchase.

You could also use:

  • A credit or debit card statement
  • An invoice
  • A cheque book stub
  • If the product is own-brand and has clearly come from Well Being Dublin this may be accepted as proof of purchase, such as labelled herbal medicine tinctures.

How to Return Items

You can return them either by post or to the clinic within 30 days of notifying Anne that you wish to return your items.

You can also return them during your holistic medicine session, without the returns process impacting on your session time, just for ease of return.

If you are returning your herbal medicine tincture, Anne will briefly discuss why it may have been unsuitable, simply for client safety and care and in order to create the follow up replacement formula or refund and create an alternative health care strategy if herbs are no longer preferred route of natural wellness support.

Please ensure that you take your items back to the clinic as unused or considered faulty.

Returns by Post

If you have arranged for your non liquid items to be retuned with Anne and wish to return it by post versus in person. You are very welcome to do so. Please repackage goods carefully and return them to:

Please obtain a “Proof of Postage” which you can ask for any Post Office Counter.

Returns to Clinic

To return items to your well being clinic you will need to please take your order confirmation from online if purchased online, along with the card you used to make payment so Anne can process your return.

You must return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your total order.

Refund Exclusions

Unfortunately, you cannot return prescription herbal medicines or perishable teas, or anything that has a hygiene seal that has been broken.

You have the right to reasonably inspect your items as you would in a shop, but you cannot return items that you have used if they are simply no longer wanted. You are of course entitled to return them because they are damaged or faulty.

Gift Voucher

Please note that It is important that those who purchase a gift voucher and the recipient of this gift, have read the specific relevant terms and conditions with vouchers purchased on the Well Being Dublin website.

These terms and conditions set out the expiry date, any restrictions, cancellation procedures, how to book etc. They are to be found on our GIFT VOUCHER page.

Gift cards are non-refundable as is standard practice.
